Sate your sweet tooth with a visit to the Kailua Candy Company, which has been in the business of hand crafting fine chocolates for more than 24 years. Open: 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Mon.-Sat.; 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Sun. 2 mi.
Kona Coffee Living History Museum
Enjoy a complimentary cup of Kona coffee while journeying back in time at the Kona Coffee Living History Farm, a seven-acre working coffee farm first homesteaded in 1900. Tour coffee orchards, a 1925 farmhouse and various outbuildings. Tour times: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on the hour, Mon.-Fri.
Historic Kailua Village Walking Tour
Visit Ahuena Heiau—a restored temple first built in the 1500s, Hulihe’e Palace and the first destination resort in West Hawaii on this 75-minute walking tour through Kailua village. For more information, call (808) 323-3222.
