Grocery Guidelines
Get the most from your vacation time and let us do your grocery shopping! It’s simple: Just enter in your name, owner number, resort destination, arrival date, and the items you want, then hit submit. We’ll do the rest so you can relax and have a great time.

Here’s how to order:
Write in your request next to the item you want to buy, including any specific brand or size request. The resort staff will do their best to accommodate your specific needs, but will default to the next best size or brand should your request not be available. If an item is unavailable, they will move on to the next item on the list.

For best service, place your order 72 hours before your arrival. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

Remember:
You can pay for your groceries upon check-in. You may choose to have it charged to your credit card that’s associated with your WorldMark account.
Alcoholic beverages are not available via this service.
If you have questions or changes to your order, please call the resort you are planning to visit.
General service questions should be e-mailed to groceries@wyndhamvo.com.
A $25 service fee is applied to all orders.
Groceries will be waiting for you in your unit on your arrival date.
Cancellations must be made directly with the resort within 24 hours of arrival.
