Booking online through the WorldMark Web site is subject to
the same guidelines as defined in the Club

Online reservations are limited to certain transactions as listed below:
Included for online reservations:
Using regular Holiday Credits or Bonus Time or Fun Time to book a single available WorldMark
resort unit where the arrival time is at least 48 hours and no more than
13 months in advance.
Excluded from online reservations:
Our reservations consultants are available to assist you with these other reservation types.

1. Reservations starting within 48 hours of arrival at the
resort.
2. Reservations that use a combination of Holiday Credits
and cash. Online reservations must use either solely Holiday
Credits or solely Bonus Time or Fun Time .
3. Travel Club events.
4. Escapades.
5. Cruises.
6. FAX Credits.
7. Bonus Credits.
8. Grouped reservations.
9. Inventory Specials.
10. Exotic Bonus Time.
11. Interval International exchanges.
12. RCI exchanges.
13. Direct exchanges.

Owner Criteria:
In order to book a reservation online, the owner must meet the
following criteria:
1. The owner's account must be current on contract payments and levies.
2. The owner assumes responsibility for any reservation confirmation completed
using the owner number and password. Keep your password in a safe place.
3. The owner must provide a valid e-mail address upon registering for online
reservations.

Guest Usage:
An owner is allowed guest usage during the e-booking process if the reservation
meets the same criteria as defined in the Club
Guidelines(PDF)
. The guest's first
and last names are required along with identification upon check-in.

Payment for Reservations:
Any charges incurred during online reservations will be detailed and displayed
during the reservation process. A valid credit card is required for payment.
We currently
accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.
If the owner has any previous unpaid reservation charges the
balance will be collected at the time of the online reservation.
The past due amount will be added to the total charge of the
reservation being made online.

Cancellations:
Owners may cancel certain reservations online. If a reservation
cannot be cancelled online, owners will be instructed to call
WorldMark South Pacific reservations on 1300 850 160. Please have
your owner number and/or confirmation number ready
to expedite your request.

48-hour waiting period:
There is an enforced 48-hour waiting period between a cancellation and
a new reservation whenever any of the following occurs:
1. The owner is cancelling a one-week reservation in red season and then requests
to rebook that same reservation for less than a week within 60 days or
less of occupancy.
2. The owner is cancelling a Holiday Credit reservation and then requests to rebook
that same reservation as a Bonus Time or Fun Time reservation within 14 days of use.
3. The owner is cancelling a regular Bonus Time reservation and then requests
to rebook that reservation as a guest-only reservation within five days of
use.

North
American Restrictions:
1. Reservations booked at WorldMark The Club (US) resorts can only be booked
a maximum of 11 months in the future.
2. Bonus Time and/or Fun Time cannot be used on a North American reservation.

Miscellaneous:
1. Time Limit: Once an owner begins the online reservation process it must
be completed within 15 minutes.
2. Hours of Operation: Online reservations are available from
7am – 8:30 pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5 pm Saturday, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) time.
