In order to achieve consistency with IRIS and WorldMark’s online reservation system, all owner numbers now contain 11 digits. You can convert your existing owner number easily by following this two-step process:

1. Convert your number to eight digits.
   Do this by inserting enough zeros between the second and third digits to create an 8-digit number. Eliminate the dash completely.
   Example: 01-234 becomes 01000234.
   
2. Add three zeroes in front.
   Example: 01000234 becomes 00001000234.

Once again, 01-234 -> 01000234 -> 00001000234.

Your password will be the same as it was before this change. If you have your password stored in your browser, you can leave the same password in the field, change your owner number and then, when your system prompts you to save the new password, click on "Yes."
